Pigeon excreta positive for Cryptococcus neoformans were suspended in sterilized phosphatebuffered saline then three different doses of the supernatant were interaperitoneally injected into groupsof experimental albino mice to assess its dissemination and the various pathological effects resultingfrom systemic infection.
